For orders shipping to US locations our site does provide shipping options and costs which you can select before submitting your order. For International orders, after you place your order we will e-mail you the shipping options and costs. Once you receive the shipping quote, you must confirm via e-mail if you would like us to process your order. International customers can also e-mail email@example.com and request a shipping quote prior to placing an order. When requesting a shipping quote please provide a complete shipping address and the items you wish to order.

Our return policy is 30 days and all items returned must be in resaleable condition, in the manufacturer box (if applicable), and shipped in a shipping box (not manufacturer box). Birth kits, birth supplies, herbal products, and hemoglobin meters cannot be returned. Please make sure returns are properly packaged so that items are not damaged in transit.
